The TRAINER air walker is a pylon mounted outdoor cardio station from the OutdoorFit range: 135 x 62 x 158.5 cm, 59 kg, certified to EN 16630:2015 by TUV Rheinland. Price: 1,554 EUR excluding VAT, post not included.
A full body cardio station for public spaces
The elliptical movement drives the legs and arms together, so the user gets a complete cardiovascular effort rather than the leg only work typical of an outdoor bike. It builds general condition across the main muscle groups, improves coordination and supports fat burning, at a difficulty level rated moderate, which suits the mixed population of a municipal fitness area.
User capacity is 150 kg, and the minimum user height is 140 cm, so the station is usable by teenagers as well as adults.

The pylon mounted format is what makes the OutdoorFit range economical to deploy: several stations share a common post layout, so the civil works and the foundations are planned once for the whole area rather than machine by machine.
Materials and weather resistance
The structure is high quality steel, shot blasted and galvanised, then finished with a double layer of polyester paint resistant to weather and UV exposure. Standard colours are yellow (RAL 1018/7004), graphite (RAL 7016/9006), orange (RAL 2000/9006) and lime (RAL 6018/9006), with other shades available on request. This is galvanised and painted carbon steel, not stainless steel.

Is the support post included in the price?
No. The 1,554 EUR excluding VAT covers the air walker unit only. The post or wall fixing required for installation is sold separately and is quoted with the rest of the project, because the number of posts depends on how many stations share the layout.

EN 16630:2015 is the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. It sets safety requirements for structure, entrapment, impact areas and installation, and it is the standard local authorities normally require for a public fitness area.
