Description
The TRAINER D02 lifter weighs 70 kg, measures 125.4 x 70.5 x 189.2 cm and needs a safety zone of roughly 420 x 370 cm. It is the pulling station of the OutdoorFit range: seated, the user draws the handles down and back against body weight, loading the muscles that pushing stations do not reach.
Why the pulling station is the one to specify first
If a trail can only take one upper-body station, it should be this one. The population using a public fitness area spends most of its day in flexion, at a desk or a wheel, and the back and posterior shoulder are the under-trained side of the equation. A pulling station addresses that directly, and it does so with a movement that is hard to perform badly: the geometry sets the path, and body weight sets the load.
- Primary muscles: back and shoulders
- Secondary: shoulder girdle and pectorals
- Difficulty rating: moderate
- Minimum user height 140 cm, maximum user weight 150 kg
Materials, finish and compliance
The structure is high-grade steel, shot-blasted and galvanised, then protected by a double layer of polyester paint rated against weather and UV. Colourways are yellow (RAL 1018/7004), graphite (RAL 7016/9006), orange (RAL 2000/9006) and lime (RAL 6018/9006); other shades are quoted on request. The station complies with EN 16630:2015 and has been tested and certified by TUV Rheinland.

Site planning
At 189.2 cm the lifter is the tallest of the compact OutdoorFit stations, so check sightlines and any overhanging tree canopy before fixing the position. The price covers the unit alone; posts are ordered separately and sized to the number and weight of the stations they carry.
Frequently asked questions
How does it differ from the chest press on the same range?
Opposite movement patterns. The press pushes and loads the chest; the lifter pulls and loads the back. They are designed to be installed together, often on the same post, so that a single position offers a balanced pair.
Is the support post included in the price?
No. Posts are a separate line item and their specification depends on how many stations share the foundation. Ask us to quote them together so the civil works are costed correctly.
Does it suit users returning to activity?
The load is self-regulated by body weight and the difficulty is rated moderate, so it is widely specified for mixed-ability sites. Users below 140 cm in height should not use the station.
Tell us the number of stations, the site plan and the delivery address, and we will return a costed quotation for equipment, posts and installation.
