Description
The TRAINER Ladder is a pylon-mounted outdoor unit for street workout and parkour training, measuring 70 x 100 x 211 cm and weighing 55 kg, certified to EN 16630:2015-06 by TUV Rheinland. Rated difficult, it tones the arms, back, chest, legs and abdominals in a single full-body station.
A full-body tool disguised as a ladder
A vertical ladder invites far more than climbing. Traversals load the grip and back; hanging positions work the abdominals; step-throughs and vaults train the legs and coordination that parkour practice demands. Because the exercises are rated difficult, the ladder is the station experienced calisthenics and parkour athletes gravitate to, and it rewards creative training in a way fixed-movement machines cannot.
Pylon-mounted installation
Like the other OutdoorFit modules, the ladder mounts on a support pylon or load-bearing wall, with the fixing accessory sold separately. Sharing pylons between modules keeps multi-station projects economical; the layout study defines the exact structure count for your site.

From street workout to parkour line
Placed within a course, the ladder functions as a junction element: athletes traverse it between stations, vault it as an obstacle or use it as the climbing leg of a timed lap. Parkour groups value the 211 cm height for wall-pass and step-through drills, while calisthenics users treat the rungs as multiple grip heights for rows, hangs and human-flag progressions. Sites designing for teenagers and young adults, the primary street workout public, often position the ladder as the visual centrepiece of the area, since it reads instantly as a challenge. The layout study places its safety zone so drills never cross a neighbouring station.
Frequently asked questions
Is the ladder suitable for parkour training?
Yes. It is designed with street workout and parkour use in mind: vaults, traversals, hangs and transitions all work within the certified safety zone of 367.5 x 398 cm.
Who should train on it?
Users above 140 cm and up to 150 kg with some training experience: the exercise level is rated difficult. In a mixed circuit it complements easier stations aimed at beginners and seniors.
Is the mounting pylon included?
No. The fixing accessory is sold separately, and one pylon can serve several compact modules depending on the layout. Ask for a project quotation covering modules, structure and installation.
