Description
The TRAINER D31 rowing station weighs 35 kg, measures 110.8 x 85.1 x 120.2 cm and requires a safety zone of 386 x 411 cm. It belongs to the OutdoorFit range, whose distinguishing feature is the mounting method: the unit bolts to a support post or a load-bearing wall instead of standing on its own base.
Why a post-mounted layout changes the project
On a conventional trail each station needs its own foundation, which multiplies excavation, concrete and reinstatement work. With OutdoorFit, one post can carry two or three stations, so the number of foundations falls and the installed footprint tightens. That is the deciding argument on constrained sites: a courtyard, a school yard, a narrow strip along a walkway, or a refurbishment where the ground is already surfaced.

Materials, finish and compliance
The frame is high-grade steel, shot-blasted and galvanised, then finished with a double layer of polyester paint for weather resistance. Standard colourways are yellow (RAL 1018/7004), graphite (RAL 7016/9006), orange (RAL 2000/9006) and lime (RAL 6018/9006); other shades are quoted on request. The station complies with EN 16630:2015-06 for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment and has been tested and certified by TUV Rheinland.

Frequently asked questions
Is the support post included?
No. The price covers the rowing unit alone. Posts are ordered separately and are sized by the number of stations they carry; a triple pylon support post is the usual choice when three units share one foundation.
Can it be fixed to an existing wall?
Only if the wall is genuinely load-bearing and the contractor has verified the fixing substrate. Send us the wall construction details and we will confirm before the order is placed.
How does it differ from the free-standing rower?
Identical exercise, different installation. The free-standing R31 carries its own frame and is the right answer for retrofits; the D31 is the right answer when several stations are being installed together and the foundation count needs to come down.
Give us the number of stations, the site plan and the delivery address, and we will price the equipment, the posts and the installation as a single quotation.
