Description
Pair of 15 cm dual-face slider discs: a smooth face for gliding on carpet and mats, a foam face for hard floors. They introduce controlled instability into core and lunge exercises without taking up floor space or requiring any set-up. 1.2 cm thick, 150 g per pair, two colourways, at 20 EUR excluding VAT.
Two faces, two floor types
This is what separates a usable slider from a useless one. A single-face disc works on only one kind of floor; the dual-face design covers carpet, parquet, tile and exercise mats, so the same accessory serves in the studio and on the road. The 15 cm diameter takes a foot or a hand, and the 1.2 cm thickness is low enough not to unbalance the support while keeping the disc from folding under load.
- 15 cm diameter — fits foot or hand placement
- Smooth face for carpet and mats, foam face for hard floors
- 1.2 cm profile: stable support, no flex under load
- 150 g per pair — stores flat, carries anywhere
- Colourways: black, beige; sold by the pair
What sliders train
Dynamic core work — body saws, knee tucks, pike variations — sliding lunges and oblique patterns: the disc removes friction under one support, forcing the trunk to control the movement through its full range. Progression is built through amplitude, which makes the tool scalable from beginner to advanced within the same class.

Frequently asked questions
Do they work on a Pilates mat?
Yes — with the smooth face towards the mat. On hard floors such as parquet, tile or polished concrete, flip the disc to use the foam face.
Are they suitable for beginners?
Yes. Progression is managed through amplitude: a beginner works over a short range and increases it gradually. The movement stays controlled from start to finish, which limits joint risk.
Is the price for one disc or the pair?
For the pair — two discs are supplied, corresponding to one practitioner.
How long do they last in group classes?
The foam face is the wear part. On a class set, check its condition quarterly and replace discs whose foam is peeling or hollowing.
