Description
The 34 cm Pilates ring adds progressive resistance to adductor, chest and posterior-chain work — on movements where body weight alone is no longer enough. It weighs 650 g, carries padded anti-slip handles on both the inner and outer faces, and stores flat. Three colours coordinated with the rest of the range, at 20 EUR excluding VAT.
One accessory, two exercise families
Handles inward, the ring is squeezed between knees, ankles or palms, loading the adductors and chest isometrically. Handles outward, it is worked in opening, engaging the abductors and gluteus medius. A single accessory therefore covers both chains — which keeps the number of references a studio has to stock, store and replace to a minimum.
The 34 cm diameter is the standard size: it fits between an adult’s thighs without joint strain and leaves a usable compression range. Larger 38 cm models serve specific morphologies only.

Frequently asked questions
Does the ring suit beginners?
Yes. Resistance is progressive: intensity depends on how far the ring is compressed, not on any setting. A beginner works over a short range; a confirmed practitioner pushes to the end of the compression stroke.
How is it stored in a group-class studio?
Flat, stacked or hung on a wall hook. Allow roughly 5 cm of thickness per stacked unit — twenty rings occupy a one-metre column.
Can the handles come loose?
The handles are integral to the structure. On a class set, a visual check once a month is enough — handle attachment is the main wear point on this type of accessory.
Is it used in rehabilitation?
It is commonly employed for adductor strengthening and proprioceptive work. As with any resistance accessory, indication and dosage remain the practitioner’s decision.
