The three-layer PU upholstery wipes clean with a damp cloth between clients, which is the decisive criterion on a station running eight to ten sessions a day. On a studio reformer three parts fail first: the upholstery, the straps and the fixings. The three-layer PU covering is waterproof and tolerates standard disinfectants without cracking. The 304 stainless steel fixings remove the rust point at the anchorages, a real issue in humid or heavily air-conditioned rooms. The high-density EVA foam padding holds its shape through long sessions.

Carriage travel runs on silent pulleys. Noise level becomes decisive as soon as several stations run together in a group class: the instructor has to stay audible without raising their voice.

Frequently asked questions

Are the springs interchangeable?

Yes. The six springs unclip and are replaced individually. They cover three resistance levels, so intensity can be adjusted without interrupting the session. Replacement springs are available within five days.

What does the tower version add?

A vertical half-trapeze structure with a push-through bar, a roll-down bar and eight additional springs, fourteen in total. It opens up vertical work for the back and shoulders. It is a separate reference and is quoted on request.

What maintenance does a station in intensive use require?

Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth between sessions, check the tightness of the fixings each quarter, and inspect the straps and ropes visually each month. The rails are lubricated roughly every three months.

Can a colour outside the catalogue be supplied?

The current catalogue covers black, grey, white and mocha. Other upholstery shades are available on a series order: state the quantity and the shade required when requesting the quotation.
