Description
Set of three polyester fabric resistance bands covering light, medium and strong resistances — 150 g in total. Unlike latex bands, fabric does not roll up on the thigh or pinch the skin, which changes everything on long glute series. Around 8 cm wide and 35 cm flat, at 22.50 EUR excluding VAT per set of three.
Fabric or latex: a real difference in use
A latex band placed above the knee rides up and rolls into a cord as soon as a series passes fifteen repetitions; the practitioner stops to reposition it and the intensity drops. A fabric band stays put thanks to its width and non-slip inner surface. Fabric also tolerates bare-skin contact and hand washing better — two points that matter for an accessory lent out in group classes. The trade-off: a fabric band does not stretch as far as latex, so it is built for short-range resistance work, not for large elongations.

- Soft polyester blend, approx. 8 cm wide, 35 cm flat
- Stays in place on long glute and abductor series
- Each level carries its own shade for instant identification in class
- Colourways: pink, black, beige

Frequently asked questions
Are the three resistances identifiable at a glance?
Yes — each level carries a distinct shade within the set, so the coach can call out a level to the whole room without checking station by station.
How long does a fabric band keep its elasticity?
With regular use and hand washing, elasticity holds for several months. The control point is the seam: as soon as a thread comes loose, the band should be withdrawn from the class set.
Can they go in the washing machine?
No. Hand washing in lukewarm water with mild soap is the only recommended method — the drum and temperature of a machine cycle degrade the elastane and deform the seams.
Does a group class need one set per participant?
In practice, yes. The three resistances are all used within a single session depending on the muscle groups worked, so plan one set per station.
