Description

This compact outdoor station groups three exercises on one frame: the (E)01 seated press, the (E)07 runner and the (E)02 high pull down. The combination covers a push, a pull and a cardio movement, which is the shortest route to a balanced outdoor session.

The (E)01 seated press develops the chest, shoulders and arms and asks nothing technical of the user beyond sitting down and pushing the bars outwards, with horizontal or vertical grips according to preference. The (E)02 high pull down covers the opposite pattern, loading the back and arms, and it is the station that stops an outdoor area becoming a pushing only installation. Between them the (E)07 runner drives the legs and hips through a smooth stride with no joint impact, improving endurance and coordination.

A workable session takes about thirty minutes: ten minutes on the runner to warm up, three sets of ten on the seated press, then three sets of twelve on the high pull down. That structure needs no coaching and no equipment beyond the station itself, which is what makes a three in one unit effective in unsupervised public settings.

Siting a three in one outdoor station

A single frame carrying three stations needs working space on more than one side, because users approach from different directions and the runner needs clearance behind it. In open access settings such as a municipal fitness area, a park or a school ground the equipment falls under EN 16630, which sets a safety zone around the structure and, where the free fall height requires it, an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177.

Detailed dimensions, the safety zone, the anchoring detail and the material specification for this reference are confirmed in the free siting study we prepare from your site drawing and issue with the quotation. That study is also where the arrangement relative to paths, planting and existing equipment is settled. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.

Frequently asked questions

Why combine a pull down with a press?

Because an outdoor area with only pushing stations trains half the upper body. Pairing the two on one frame guarantees the pulling pattern is available without a second unit.

Is the station suitable for beginners?

Yes. All three movements are guided, resistance comes from the user’s own effort and body weight, and no technique instruction is required to start.

How is the station specified for my site?

Through the free siting study: we take your site drawing, set the position, the safety zone and the anchoring, and issue the whole package with the quotation within 24 working hours.
