Description
This compact outdoor station groups the (E)01 seated press, the (E)07 runner and the (E)05 leg press on one frame. Two strength stations at opposite ends of the body plus a cardio machine makes it the upper and lower body combination in the three in one range.
The (E)05 leg press is the reason to choose this configuration. It loads the quadriceps, glutes and calves through a controlled range with the back supported, and it recruits the abdominals for stability, which gives an outdoor area a genuine lower body strength station rather than movement alone. The (E)01 seated press covers the upper body push for the chest, shoulders and arms, and the (E)07 runner reproduces a walking or running stride with no joint impact.
Used in sequence the three cover legs, chest and cardio in a single visit. The seated press and the leg press both work best with a controlled tempo and a load progression built from repetitions rather than added weight, since resistance comes from the user’s own effort.

Choosing between the three in one configurations
The range offers several combinations on the same compact format, and the choice comes down to what the site already has. Where an outdoor area already carries pull up bars or a calisthenics structure, the pulling pattern is covered and this configuration adds the leg press instead. Where nothing else is installed, a configuration including a pull down gives a more balanced first unit.
Detailed dimensions, the safety zone, the anchoring detail and the material specification for this reference are confirmed in the free siting study we prepare from your site drawing and issue with the quotation. In open access settings the equipment falls under EN 16630, with an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 where the free fall height requires it. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
How does an outdoor leg press create resistance?
Through the user’s own body weight and effort against the mechanism, rather than through plates. Progression comes from repetitions, tempo and range rather than added load.
Who is this configuration for?
Municipalities, residences, campsites, campuses and any site wanting a lower body strength station outdoors alongside a cardio machine and an upper body push.
Can it be combined with other stations?
Yes. These units are commonly installed as a group to build a circuit, and the siting study sets out the spacing so each safety zone remains clear.
