Description
This compact outdoor station combines three cardio machines on a single structure: a runner, a rower and an orbitrek. It gives a site a complete aerobic and conditioning point without the footprint of three separate installations, and it is designed and built for permanent outdoor service.
The runner is an air walker style station working the legs, hips and coordination with no joint impact. It reproduces the dynamics of running, progressively stretches the muscles for improved mobility and develops balance, and it is used by placing the feet on the platforms, holding the support bar and moving the legs alternately in a fluid stride.
The rower is the strengthening station of the three. Its combined movement engages legs, arms and upper back at the same time, building strength and endurance while preserving joint mobility, and it recruits a large number of muscle groups in one exercise. The user sits, places the feet on the platforms and pulls through the handles.
The orbitrek completes the group with an elliptical movement that keeps the whole body working. Grouping the three on one frame means a small circuit can be run on a single station: cardio, upper body pulling and full body work in rotation.

One structure, three simultaneous users
The practical value of a combined station is throughput per square metre. Three people train at once on three different movements, which suits a small municipal fitness point, a residence courtyard, a campsite or a company outdoor area where a full trail of individual stations is neither affordable nor justified by footfall. It also simplifies the compliance work: one implantation study, one safety zone, one surfacing calculation and one inspection record instead of three. Under free public access the station falls under EN 16630, with a clear peripheral zone and impact absorbing surfacing to EN 1177 where the free height of fall requires it. All three movements are low impact, which makes the station usable across a wide age range, from teenagers to older residents. Light In Fitness designs and supplies outdoor equipment from Tours and issues quotations within 24 working hours.
Frequently asked questions
What ground area is required?
The structure footprint plus the peripheral safety zone. Exact dimensions are supplied with the implantation study prepared for your site.
Can three people use it at the same time?
Yes. The three stations are independent, which is the reason the combined format is specified for small sites.
Is it suitable for older users?
All three movements are low impact and self paced, which makes them accessible across a wide age range. Usage guidance is normally displayed on site.
