Description
This compact outdoor fitness station combines a ladder, parallel bars, a leg press and a butterfly on a single structure. Unlike the upper body configuration of the range, this one splits the training between the legs, the chest and bodyweight work.
The leg press, reference (E)05, is the element that sets this station apart. Lower body training is what open air areas most often omit, and a guided press lets a user load the legs without the technique a squat demands. The butterfly, reference (E)22, works the chest and the front of the shoulders through a horizontal adduction movement that no bodyweight apparatus reproduces well outdoors.
The ladder, reference (E)25, supports pull ups and hanging leg raises, developing the upper back, shoulders and abdominals while improving coordination and motor control. The parallel bars, reference (E)13, target the lower abdominals, triceps and shoulders through dips and supported core exercises. Alternating pull ups on the ladder with abdominal flexion work makes a balanced short session on the same structure.

Choosing between the two configurations
Both compact stations in this family share the ladder and the parallel bars and cost the same. The difference is the pair of guided machines. Specify this version where lower body training matters, typically on sites with a general public that will not use a squat rack, and the alternative version where the priority is pressing and pulling for the upper body.
Overall dimensions and the required safety zone are established for your site rather than published here. The layout study defines the footprint, the anchoring, and the impact attenuating surfacing suited to the free fall heights, and all three are issued with the quotation. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Does the leg press use added weights?
It is a guided outdoor press using the user’s own bodyweight as resistance, which is what allows it to be installed in an unsupervised area. Sites needing incremental load should look at our plate loaded outdoor machines.
Can two configurations be installed side by side?
Yes, and that is a common way to build a complete outdoor gym in two purchases. Spacing between the structures is determined by their safety zones during the layout study.
What surfacing is needed?
Impact attenuating surfacing is dimensioned according to the free fall heights of the final configuration. We specify it with the quotation rather than as a generic requirement.
