Description
This compact outdoor fitness station gathers four training elements on one structure: a ladder, parallel bars, a seated press and a high pull down. The combination is weighted towards the upper body, pairing two bodyweight apparatus with two guided resistance stations.
The seated press, reference (E)01, strengthens the chest, shoulders and triceps. The user sits with the back straight, grips the bars horizontally or vertically, pushes the arms away, holds briefly and returns under control. Postural alignment is maintained by the seat, which is what makes the movement accessible to users with no training background.
The ladder, reference (E)25, covers pull ups and hanging leg raises, working the upper back, shoulders, arms and the deep abdominal muscles while improving coordination and mobility. The parallel bars, reference (E)13, add dips and supported core work. The high pull down, reference (E)02, completes the set with a pulling movement that balances the pressing station.

A complete area on a small footprint
The argument for a combined station is ground area. Four separate machines each carry their own safety zone, and on a constrained site those zones consume more space than the equipment. Grouping the elements on a single structure concentrates the requirement and leaves usable circulation around the installation.
Overall dimensions and the required safety zone are not published for this configuration. Our technical team establishes both during the layout study, together with the anchoring detail and the impact attenuating surfacing appropriate to the free fall heights, and issues them with the quotation. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export costed per project.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can train at once?
Several, since the four elements are used independently. The practical number depends on the clearance around the structure, which is set during the layout study.
What ground area should we reserve?
The safety zone exceeds the footprint of the structure, and both are calculated for your site rather than published as a generic figure. Send your site plan with the quotation request and we return the dimensioned area.
Is the station suitable for beginners?
The seated press and the pull down are guided and suit users of any level. The ladder and parallel bars require the user to support their own bodyweight, so a beginner will progress onto them rather than start there.
