Description
This compact outdoor station groups the (E)05 leg press, the (E)07 runner and the (E)02 high pull down on one frame. Legs, back and cardio on a single unit makes it the configuration for sites that already have an upper body pushing station.
The (E)05 leg press loads the quadriceps, glutes and calves through a controlled range with the back supported, and it recruits the abdominals for stability. The (E)02 high pull down covers the pulling pattern for the back and arms, the movement that outdoor areas most often lack. The (E)07 runner sits between them, reproducing a walking or running stride with no joint impact and improving hip mobility and coordination.
Because the two strength stations sit at opposite ends of the body, the unit works well as a circuit: a few minutes on the runner, then alternating sets on the leg press and the pull down. Resistance comes from the user’s own effort, so progression is built through repetitions, tempo and range rather than added load.

Placing the unit within an outdoor circuit
Three stations on one frame means users approach from different directions, so the unit needs working space on more than one side rather than a position against a wall or a hedge. In open access settings such as a municipal fitness area, a park or a school ground the equipment falls under EN 16630, which sets the safety zone around the structure and, where the free fall height requires it, an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177.
Detailed dimensions, the safety zone, the anchoring detail and the material specification for this reference are confirmed in the free siting study we prepare from your site drawing and issue with the quotation. Where several units are installed together, the study also sets the spacing so the safety zones do not overlap paths or planting. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Which configuration should a first installation choose?
One that covers a push, a pull and a cardio movement. This unit covers the pull and the legs, so it suits a site that already offers pushing or calisthenics, and pairs well with a second unit carrying a seated press.
Do the stations need supervision?
No. All three movements are guided and resistance is self limiting, which is why this format is used in unsupervised public spaces.
What maintenance is involved?
Periodic cleaning and inspection of the moving joints and fixings. The maintenance schedule for the reference is confirmed with the quotation.
