Multi Trail CrossFit cage THC01

The Multi Trail cage, reference THC01, is the most heavily equipped multi station structure in our catalogue: 5,460 by 4,330 by 3,120 mm, 860 kg, and twelve accessory groups fitted as standard. Its main uprights use 100 by 180 by 4.0 mm rectangular tube, the largest section we supply, arranged in a modular hexagonal layout.

Most rigs are sold as bare frames to which the operator adds attachments afterwards. The Multi Trail arrives complete. Fitted as standard are eight vertical bars of 2,415 mm, eight safety bars, two dip handles, two J hooks, two pull up bars, two landmines, two battle rope supports, one punch bag support, one stainless steel battle rope anchor, two barbell holders, four plate storage horns and one universal attachment plate. That covers pull ups, muscle ups, squats, bench work, dips, boxing rounds, battle rope conditioning, landmine rotations and rope climbing on a single structure. The punch bag and the battle rope themselves are not included, but every mounting point for them is.

The hexagonal geometry is what gives the cage its working density. Rather than lining stations along a straight rail, the faces open outwards, so two coaches can supervise different exercises on opposite sides without crossing each other’s group.

Specifying a fully equipped cage

Buying accessories separately for a bare frame typically adds a substantial line to the budget and, more importantly, delays commissioning while parts arrive from different sources. A cage delivered complete goes into service the week it is installed. At 3,120 mm the Multi Trail is taller than a standard rig, so ceiling height must be verified early, allowing clearance above the top rail for muscle ups and rope work. Floor build up matters too: with 860 kg of structure plus dropped barbells, a weightlifting grade rubber tile is the right specification under the lifting faces. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export priced per project, and we issue the implantation drawing before manufacture.

Is the punch bag supplied?

No. The bag support and the stainless steel battle rope anchor are fitted, but the bag and the rope are ordered separately so weight and length match your programme.

What ceiling height is required?

The frame is 3,120 mm high and needs additional clearance above the top rail. The exact figure for your exercise programme is confirmed in the layout study.

Can extra attachments be added later?

Yes. The universal attachment plate and the modular uprights accept further accessories as your programming develops.
