Gold Line Calf Bench - Plate-Loaded Seated Calf Machine

The Gold Line calf bench is the dedicated calf station of the Plate Loaded Gold Line, a free-weight machine range built on three pillars: innovation, design and commercial-grade quality at a highly competitive market price. It gives gyms an isolated, biomechanically guided calf raise for members up to 180 kg.

Biomechanics and training

The plate-loaded design lets each user individualise the load with standard discs while the machine controls the movement line, keeping tension on the calves through a natural range of motion. A safety bar limits the working zone, so lifters can push heavy sets without a spotter, and the quick seat adjustment moves members through the station rapidly during busy hours. All adjustment points are marked in informative yellow for intuitive use.

• Grip zones in extra-strength EVA TPR, soft and secure in the hand

• Powder coating applied in two protective layers plus a finishing coat, around 300 microns of total protection
