What is included in this range
Professional reformers are built in solid hardwood such as maple or beech, with running carriages, calibrated interchangeable springs supplied as a complete set, and hand stitched straps. Cadillac and trapeze tables extend the repertoire with overhead bars, springs and a push through bar, and are the reference apparatus for rehabilitation work. Wunda and combo chairs cover seated and standing work on a small footprint. Barrels and spine correctors cover extension and mobility. Small apparatus covers Pilates balls, magic circles, resistance bands and blocks. Brands are selected for European workshop manufacture and finish quality, including the O’Live Pro range.
How to specify a studio
Studio capacity is set by reformer count, and reformer count is set by room width and by the circulation the instructor needs between machines.

Humidity, maintenance and spare parts
Timber apparatus installed near a pool, a spa or a hammam needs a moisture treated frame, and this should be stated at enquiry stage because it is a specification rather than an option added later. In service, maintenance consists of checking spring tension and attachment points, inspecting straps and stitching, and cleaning upholstery with a neutral product. Springs are supplied as calibrated interchangeable sets, and spare parts are available so a single worn component does not take a machine out of service. A layout plan is supplied for studios of four stations and above.
Frequently asked questions
How much space does a reformer need?
Allow the machine length plus clearance at both ends for the footbar and the straps, and enough width between machines for the instructor to pass and correct a client. In practice the instructor lane, not the machine, sets the number of reformers a room can hold. We confirm the figure on the layout plan.
Wood or aluminium frame?
Solid hardwood is the traditional studio construction and gives the appearance and the quiet running that a premium studio depends on. Aluminium frames are lighter, stack more easily and suit rooms that have to be cleared between classes. The decision usually comes down to whether the room is dedicated to Pilates or shared.
Are the springs interchangeable between machines?
Springs are supplied as calibrated sets specific to the machine model, so they should not be moved between different models. Keeping a spare set on site for a busy studio avoids taking a reformer out of service while a replacement is ordered. Confirm the spring reference when you order so the spare matches.
