Description
Your logo is not stuck onto the turf, it is part of it: it does not peel, does not wear away under the sled, and still photographs cleanly years after the lane was installed.
16 mm H2 Basic turf track with a logo built into manufacturing
The H2 Basic with logo takes the two-lane track with its single separator line and adds your logo directly into the turf. Because the logo is part of the surface rather than a film laid over it, it takes sled skids, spiked shoes and daily cleaning the same way the rest of the lane does. For a gym, a club or a sponsor, that is the difference between a floor graphic that has to be redone every season and one that lasts as long as the track.

Who it is for
CrossFit boxes and HYROX gyms: a permanent conditioning lane that carries the brand. Two lanes and a single separator line keep the geometry simple: two athletes work side by side, sled push, sled pull, bear crawls and farmer’s walks run in parallel, and the logo sits in the middle of every photo taken of the floor.
Clubs and federations: sponsor visibility that does not need maintaining. A sponsor logo printed on a banner has to be hung, taken down and replaced. A logo built into the lane is visible at every session and in every video shot on the floor, with nothing to install.
Weight rooms with a functional zone: reading the space. A marked lane delimits the conditioning area without a partition and discourages equipment being parked on it. It is also an image marker: a marked track tells anyone walking in that the gym is built around performance.
New openings and refits: a signature surface. When the floor plan is still on paper, the lane is the cheapest place to put brand identity permanently, because the marking costs nothing extra to install once the turf is being made anyway.
What to know before ordering
The price is per square metre, not per linear metre. A track 15 m long and 2 m wide is 30 m2. Work out the real surface area before comparing anything: a price per linear metre and a price per square metre are not directly comparable.
The marking is built into the turf, not applied on top. The separator line and the logo are part of the surface: they do not wear off in use, but they cannot be changed after delivery either. The marking plan, the logo placement and its size have to be approved before production starts.
A vector logo file is required. A screenshot or a low-resolution image cannot be reproduced in turf. Send the logo in vector form, with its exact colours, and expect a proof of the placement before the lane goes into production.
Turf does not tolerate prolonged static loads. The fibres compress under the feet of racks, selectorised machines or anything left standing on them. Keep the track area free of fixed equipment and plan rubber tiles for machine zones and drop zones.
Fibre composition, backing, weight per m2 and fire classification are not published. Those figures drive delivery logistics and compliance in a public-access venue. Ask us for the full technical data sheet before committing to a project that has to pass a safety inspection.
Frequently asked questions
Does this reference carry a metre scale?
No. The H2 Basic is marked with a central separator line and your logo. If you need distances readable on the floor, choose a graduated reference from the same range instead.
In what format should the logo be supplied?
A vector file. That is what allows the artwork to be scaled to the width of the lane without losing its edges, and it is also what determines the colours that can be reproduced.
Is the track delivered in one piece?
Packaging depends on the dimensions ordered: beyond a certain length the track ships as several rolls to be joined on site. Tell us where the logo has to fall and we will position the joins around it.
Can it be laid over existing rubber tiles?
Yes. Installation is on a hard and flat floor: concrete, tiling or rubber tiles. Flatness of the substrate is the critical point, and it matters more than usual here: an irregularity under a logo distorts it visibly.
Is turf suitable for sled push and sled pull?
That is its main indoor use. Sled skids glide in a controlled and repeatable way over the fibres, where a rubber tile produces higher friction that varies more from one pass to the next.
