Description
Your logo woven into the floor, not stuck on top of it.
A 16 mm turf track with fully custom marking, logo and wording built in
The custom version takes the technical base of the range and leaves the marking open: gym logo, club name, Start and Finish wording, graduation matched to the distances you actually train at. Because the marking is built into the manufacture of the turf, it does not wear away like an adhesive or a painted line, and it survives repeated sled passes over the same metre of surface.
This is the reference for operators who treat the conditioning lane as part of the brand: a sponsor name along the lane, a club crest at the start, a graduation in the units your programming uses. It is also the reference for facilities whose distances do not match a standard track, because the graduation is set to your plan rather than to a catalogue layout.

Who it is for
CrossFit boxes and HYROX gyms: a permanent conditioning lane. A marked track turns distance into a fixed visual reference. The coach calls a distance and the athlete reads it off the floor. Sprints, sled push, sled pull, bear crawls and farmer’s walks follow one another without resetting cones between rounds, and times stay comparable from one session to the next.
Strength and conditioning centres: standardised testing. A metre graduation supports speed protocols over fixed distances: repeated sprints, acceleration tests, speed endurance work. The data stays usable over the long term because the distance no longer depends on where somebody put the markers.
Weights rooms with a functional zone: legibility of the space. A marked lane defines the conditioning area without a partition and discourages equipment being parked on it. It is also an image marker: a properly marked track signals a performance-oriented facility the moment somebody walks in.
Sports clubs and return to play: progressive protocols. For a supervised return to running, distance is the parameter to control before intensity. A graduation that is legible on the floor makes progression measurable without a stopwatch or extra equipment.
What to know before ordering
The price is per square metre, not per linear metre. A track 15 m long and 2 m wide is 30 sq m. Work out the real surface area before comparing offers: a price per linear metre and a price per square metre are not directly comparable.
The marking is built into manufacture, not applied to the turf. The numbering and the lines are part of the surface. They do not rub off in use, but they cannot be changed after delivery either. The marking plan and the distances have to be approved before production starts, and that approval step is the one to take seriously on a custom order.
A vector logo file is required. Custom marking is produced from vector artwork. A screenshot or a low resolution image cannot be used, so budget time to get the file from whoever holds your brand assets before you place the order.
Turf does not take prolonged static loads. The fibres compress under the feet of racks, selectorised machines or any equipment left standing. Keep the track area clear of fixed equipment and use rubber gym flooring tiles for machine zones and drop zones.
Fibre composition, backing, weight per square metre and fire classification are not published. These figures govern delivery logistics and compliance in buildings open to the public. Ask us for the full technical data sheet before committing to a project that has to pass a safety inspection.
Frequently asked questions
How much lead time does a custom marking add?
A custom order includes an artwork and approval stage that a stock reference does not. Send your logo and marking plan with the quotation request so the schedule is quoted against your actual artwork rather than an assumption.
Is the track delivered in one piece?
Packaging depends on the dimensions ordered. Beyond a certain length the track is delivered in several widths to be joined on site. Send us your dimensions and we will confirm exactly how your configuration ships.
Can it be laid over existing rubber tiles?
Yes. Installation is on a hard, flat subfloor: concrete, tiles or rubber tiles. Flatness of the substrate is the critical point. Any irregularity in the floor telegraphs through to the turf surface and becomes noticeable underfoot at running speed.
What width should I choose?
Two metres allows two athletes side by side or the passage of a wide sled. The 1 m width option is not applicable on this custom reference. State the width you want on the quotation request and we will confirm what is available.
What is the day to day maintenance?
Regular vacuuming to lift dust and debris, periodic brushing to stand the fibres back up, and washing with water and a neutral detergent. Avoid solvents and pressure washers, particularly over the marked areas.
Is turf right for sled push and sled pull?
That is its main indoor purpose. Sled runners glide in a controlled, repeatable way over the fibres, where a rubber tile generates higher friction that varies more from one pass to the next.
Ask for a quotation
Custom marking is priced against your plan, not from a catalogue. Browse the numbered artificial turf tracks range to compare standard layouts, then request a quotation with your dimensions, your marking plan and your vector logo file.
