Description
TRAINER Set 9 is a turnkey outdoor fitness package of six complementary machines covering cardiovascular work, coordination and muscular reinforcement. It is bought as a single lot so that a site can open a complete outdoor training area in one operation rather than assembling stations piece by piece over several budgets.
The composition is deliberately mixed. A Nordic walker and a cross trainer provide low impact cardiovascular work; a rider loads the legs, abdominals and balance; a push and pull unit reinforces the upper body and arms; a twister and surfer station works trunk rotation, mobility and balance; a seated pedal bench strengthens the legs from a supported position. Between them the six units cover the movement families a public fitness area is expected to offer.
Because the machines are independent, six people train at the same time without any of them waiting for a station to free up. That is the practical reason a set is specified for shared spaces, and it also allows a supervised group to rotate through a circuit with a fixed timing.

Where a six station set makes sense
This package is aimed at urban parks, schools, residential developments, municipal grounds and any shared fitness area intended for open, unsupervised use by young people and adults alike. The mix of guided cardiovascular and reinforcement stations means a single area serves teenagers, active adults and older users without separate provision for each.
Site work is planned around the safety zones defined by EN 16630 for each machine, which govern the spacing between units far more than the units themselves do. Foundations, surfacing and the final arrangement of the six stations are set out in the layout study; we return a dimensioned plan with the quotation rather than publishing a generic footprint. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Can the set be extended later?
Yes. The stations belong to the wider TRAINER outdoor range, so further single units or a second set can be added to the same area and finished in the same colour without any visual mismatch.
Is the equipment suitable for permanent outdoor exposure?
It is designed for it. The steel is shot blasted, galvanised and finished with a double coat of polyester paint resistant to UV, corrosion and impact, with HDPE seats and aluminium steps chosen for the same reason. The steel structures carry a twenty year warranty.
What area does a six station set occupy?
The total area depends on the arrangement chosen and on the safety zones around each machine. Send your site plan with the quotation request and our technical team returns the dimensioned layout and the surfacing recommendation.
