The single quadriceps press stimulates the lower body, developing the leg muscles and toning quadriceps, glutes and lower abdominals. The cross trainer provides whole body training and improves coordination and general condition. The single pusher develops the upper muscle groups, the chest, the shoulder girdle and the arms.

How much space between machines is needed?

Spacing is set by the safety zone of each apparatus rather than by preference, and those zones can overlap only under the conditions the standard defines. We produce the compliant layout as part of the quotation.

Is the equipment vandal resistant?

The frames are welded steel, hot dip galvanised and oven baked with a double coat of powder paint, with no free parts to remove. The steel structures carry a twenty year warranty.
