The TRAINER Set 1 is a ready to install outdoor fitness set comprising a cross trainer, a rower and a nordic walker, all certified to EN 16630:2015. Buying the three as a set gives a site a complete cardio circuit rather than a single isolated machine.

The three machines cover different demands. The cross trainer works the whole body, recruits the main muscle groups and develops coordination. The rower loads the back, shoulders, chest and legs, and is the machine most often specified where a site expects rehabilitation as well as fitness use. The nordic walker strengthens the legs and hips while sparing the joints and raising cardio respiratory capacity, which makes it the accessible entry point for older users.

Because the three stations differ in demand and technique, several people of different ages and abilities can train at once without competing for the same machine. Under EN 16630 the safety zone around each unit is set on the siting plan, and an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 is specified under and around the equipment where the free fall height requires it. Anchoring is by base plates cast into concrete foundations or fixed to an existing slab. A siting study covering the arrangement of the three machines, the zones and the anchoring is prepared from your site drawing and issued with the quotation at no cost.
