TRAINER Set 6 is a ready to install package of five outdoor fitness machines covering joint mobility, full body reinforcement and cardiovascular work. The exercise level is progressive across the five units, which is what allows teenagers, adults and seniors to share the same installation.

Each machine has a defined role. The twister and surfer station promotes hip and lumbar spine mobility while working the abdominals and obliques. The single quadriceps press develops the legs and tones quadriceps, glutes and lower abdominals. The Nordic walker strengthens the legs and hips while sparing the joints and raising cardio respiratory capacity. The single pusher builds the chest, shoulder girdle and arms. The cross trainer trains the whole body and improves coordination.

Five stations working at once turn an open space into a genuine circuit. Users progress from mobility to strength and finish on endurance, and because nothing needs supervision the area functions from opening to dusk without staff.

Parks, schools, residential developments and municipal spaces are the usual settings for a five machine set. The argument for buying a package rather than individual stations is coherence: one delivery, one installation visit, one colour scheme and a machine mix already balanced between mobility, strength and endurance.

The area required is driven by the safety zones EN 16630 assigns to each apparatus, not by the machines alone. Ground preparation, foundations and the arrangement of the five stations are established during the layout study and issued as a dimensioned plan with the quotation. Frequently asked questions

Do users need instruction before using the machines?

No. The movements are guided and resistance comes from the user’s own bodyweight, which is why this equipment is approved for unsupervised public installation. Instruction plates are fitted to each machine.

How is the steel protected?

The frames are welded steel, hot dip galvanised and then oven baked with a double coat of powder paint. That sequence is specified for permanent outdoor exposure, and the steel structures carry a twenty year warranty.

Can the set be combined with other TRAINER equipment?

Yes. Additional single stations, accessible stations or a street workout rig from the same range can be added later in the same finish, so a site can be developed in phases.
