Description
TRAINER Set 2 is a three machine outdoor fitness package covering upper body, lower body and cardiovascular work. It is the smallest configuration that still trains the whole body, which makes it the usual choice for a first installation on a modest site.
The cross trainer provides whole body training, reinforcing the main muscle groups and improving coordination. The push and pull unit develops the chest, the shoulder girdle and the upper limbs through opposing movements. The Nordic walker strengthens the leg and hip muscles while sparing the joints and stimulating cardio respiratory capacity.
Three machines allow three users at once, young people and adults alike, which is enough for a family or a small group to use the area together rather than in turn. That is a meaningful threshold: a single machine tends to be used by one person and avoided by everyone else, while three create a shared space.

Starting an outdoor fitness area
Parks, schools, residential developments and municipal spaces are the typical settings for a three machine package. Where budget is limited, the honest comparison is not between three machines and five, but between three machines properly installed with compliant surfacing and five installed on unsuitable ground. Ground works and surfacing are a substantial part of any outdoor fitness budget and should be priced at the same time as the equipment.
The area required follows from the safety zones EN 16630 assigns to each apparatus. Our technical team returns the dimensioned layout, the foundation requirement and the surfacing specification with the quotation, based on your site plan. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Can we add machines later?
Yes. The set belongs to the wider TRAINER outdoor range, so single stations or a further package can be installed later in the same finish, and the original safety zones are simply extended.
Does the equipment need power or consumables?
Neither. All three machines work on the user’s own bodyweight and momentum, which is why they are suitable for unsupervised public installation.
How long does the finish last outdoors?
The frames are welded steel, hot dip galvanised and oven baked with a double coat of powder paint, specified for permanent exposure. The steel structures carry a twenty year warranty.
