Description
TRAINER Set 7 is a five machine outdoor fitness package assembled for a multigenerational user base, from teenagers to seniors. Every station is seated, supported or guided, which is what makes an open access area genuinely usable by older residents rather than nominally open to them.
The five units divide the body between them. A single quadriceps press builds leg and thigh strength from a seated position. A twister and surfer station works trunk rotation, mobility and balance. A push and pull unit reinforces the upper body and arms. A rider loads legs, abdominals and coordination together. A cross trainer supplies full cardiovascular work at low joint impact.
Because several people use the area at the same time, the set functions as much as a meeting point as a training facility. That social dimension is often the reason a municipality funds an outdoor fitness area in the first place, and a five station package sized for mixed ages delivers it without becoming intimidating for the least confident users.

Planning an intergenerational fitness area
Urban parks, schools, residential developments and municipal grounds are the typical settings. Where the intended audience includes seniors, the practical questions are approach and surface rather than equipment specification: a level, non slip approach to each machine, seating nearby, and a position that feels overlooked rather than isolated all matter more than the machine list.
Machine spacing follows the safety zones defined by EN 16630 for each apparatus. Foundations, surfacing and the arrangement of the five stations are established in the layout study, and the dimensioned plan accompanies the quotation. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and quote export projects individually.
Frequently asked questions
Is the equipment suitable for older users?
The package is explicitly designed for a range that includes seniors. Movements are guided, resistance comes from bodyweight rather than added load, and several stations are used seated. Users with specific medical conditions should still take their own advice before starting.
How does Set 7 compare with the six station sets?
Set 7 has five stations and leans towards accessibility and mobility across all ages. The six station packages add a second endurance machine or a further reinforcement station, for sites expecting a younger or more intensive user profile.
What maintenance does an outdoor set require?
Periodic inspection of fixings and moving parts, as required for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment. The galvanised and polyester coated steel needs no repainting under normal conditions, and the steel structures carry a twenty year warranty.
