Description
TRAINER Set 8 is a six machine outdoor fitness package that pairs muscular reinforcement with genuine cardiovascular work. Two of the six units are endurance stations, which is what separates this package from sets built mainly around strength and mobility.
The composition reads as a circuit. A twister and surfer station opens the trunk through rotation, mobility and balance work. A rower loads the back, arms and legs with a strong cardiovascular component. A single quadriceps press isolates the legs. A single pusher reinforces the upper body. A Nordic walker develops endurance and coordination. A cross trainer closes the loop with low impact whole body cardiovascular training.
Six independent stations mean six users at once, so a supervised class or a busy public area keeps everyone moving. The sequence also progresses logically from mobility through strength to endurance, which allows a coach to run a timed circuit without rearranging the area.

Fitting a cardio led set to a site
This package is well suited to urban parks, schools, residential developments and municipal grounds where the area is expected to take heavy, repeated use. The cardiovascular bias makes it a good fit next to a running loop or a walking path, since users arrive already warm and can move directly onto the rower or the cross trainer.
Spacing between machines is governed by the safety zones EN 16630 assigns to each type, and those zones drive the total area far more than the machines themselves. Foundations, surfacing and the final arrangement of the six units are set out in the layout study; the dimensioned plan is issued with the quotation. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Do the cardiovascular stations need any power?
No. The rower, Nordic walker and cross trainer work on the user’s own bodyweight and momentum, with no electrical supply and no consumables. That is what makes them viable in an unsupervised public area.
Is the set appropriate for teenagers?
Yes. The package is designed for young people and adults alike, with guided movements and no free weights, which is why it is commonly installed at schools and in residential grounds.
What total area should we budget for?
It depends on how the six stations are arranged and on the safety zones around each. Send your site plan with the quotation request and our technical team returns a dimensioned layout with the surfacing specification.
