Description
The TRAINER arm wheels are a twin-wheel mobility unit from the OutdoorFit range, designed for installation on a pylon or load-bearing wall (fixing accessory sold separately). Weighing 35 kg and rated easy, the unit is certified to EN 16630:2015-06 and tested by TUV Rheinland.
Training function and muscles worked
Rotating the two wheels strengthens the shoulder girdle and arm muscles while improving the flexibility and mobility of the upper-limb joints. Because each arm drives its own wheel, users can work both shoulders simultaneously or focus on one side, which is useful for warm-ups, gentle rehabilitation-style movement and senior fitness circuits. No instruction is required.
Part of the OutdoorFit modular system
OutdoorFit units are manufactured as compact modules that mount on a shared TRAINER pylon or on an existing load-bearing wall. Site planners can group several complementary modules on one support, keep the ground footprint minimal and reconfigure the fitness area over time. The fixing accessory is specified separately with your quotation.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the arm wheels and the shoulder wheel?
The arm wheels are a pair of smaller wheels turned simultaneously, one per hand, promoting coordinated bilateral shoulder work; the single shoulder wheel takes the arm through one large rotation arc. Many fitness trails install both to vary upper-body mobility work.
Who is this unit designed for?
Everyone taller than 140 cm and up to 150 kg. Its easy rating and smooth motion make it especially relevant for seniors, beginners and users warming up before strength stations.
How is it fixed on site?
On a TRAINER pylon or a load-bearing wall; the fixing accessory is sold separately and defined with your quotation, together with the recommended 400 x 357 cm safety zone.
