Description
This stainless steel outdoor shoulder press loads a vertical pressing movement with Olympic plates, working the shoulders, trapezius and triceps. The natural overhead path develops strength, power and joint stability in a controlled, secure way.
Overhead pressing is the movement that most exposes technique, which is exactly why a guided outdoor station is useful: the frame fixes the path, the seat fixes the trunk, and the user concentrates on the effort rather than on stabilising a free bar above their head. Load adjusts from 5 kg to 100 kg in 5 kg steps, so the same station serves a first attempt and a trained athlete.
The structure is high quality stainless steel with maximum resistance to rain, humidity and UV, and it holds up to intensive use without any surface treatment to renew. The layout is stable and ergonomic, with the seat and handles positioned for a comfortable working posture.

Where a shoulder press belongs
Shoulder work is a natural complement to the horizontal pressing and pulling stations of an outdoor strength area, and it is one of the machines that keeps experienced users on the site rather than moving indoors. Outdoor strength parks, public sports facilities, municipalities and high specification private installations are the usual buyers.
Reserve the declared safety zone of 20.01 square metres rather than the 203 by 98 centimetre footprint. Anchoring is prepared on foundations or an existing concrete slab, and impact attenuating surfacing is dimensioned according to the free fall height. Light In Fitness manufactures the range in Tours, delivers and installs across France, covers Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and quotes export projects individually.
Frequently asked questions
Is the machine suitable for beginners?
Yes. The path is guided and the load starts at 5 kg, which is what makes an overhead press appropriate in unsupervised use where a free barbell would not be.
Are plates supplied?
Plates are quoted separately, with quantity matched to the expected user profile and to whether they are stored on site or issued. We advise as part of the layout study.
What grade of stainless steel is used?
The frame is stainless steel and carries a lifetime warranty against corrosion. For sites near the sea or with chlorinated air, ask our technical team to confirm the grade at quotation stage.
