Description
This stainless steel outdoor incline bench press targets the upper chest, shoulders and triceps with Olympic plate loading. The inclined position gives a natural, secure movement and is the angle most often missing from open air strength areas.
Where a flat press works the chest as a whole, an incline shifts the emphasis to the clavicular fibres and to the front deltoid. That distinction matters to anyone training seriously, and its absence is the usual reason experienced users stop taking an outdoor area seriously after a few weeks.
Load runs from 5 kg to 100 kg in 5 kg steps, so the same frame accommodates a first working set and a trained lifter. The structure is high quality stainless steel, unaffected by rain, humidity and UV, and it is stable, ergonomic and robust enough for intensive public use with no surface treatment to renew.

Sequencing pressing stations on a site
Where a site can afford only one pressing station, the flat press is the usual first choice. The incline is the natural second, because it adds a genuinely different stimulus rather than duplicating the first. A third station in decline completes the chest offer for regular trainers.
The safety zone of 22.37 square metres is the figure to reserve on the site plan, not the 265 by 96 centimetre footprint. Anchoring is prepared on foundations or on an existing concrete slab, and impact attenuating surfacing is dimensioned to the free fall height. Light In Fitness manufactures the range in Tours, delivers and installs across France, covers Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and quotes export projects individually.
Frequently asked questions
Can the incline angle be changed?
No, the angle is fixed. That is deliberate: an adjustment mechanism is the component that fails or is misused in unsupervised outdoor installations, and a fixed frame is both safer and maintenance free.
How many plates should we order?
Enough to reach the top of the useful range for your users without leaving loose plates unattended. We recommend a set with the quotation and advise on secure storage.
What grade of stainless steel is used?
The frame is stainless steel with a lifetime warranty against corrosion. For coastal or chlorinated sites, confirm the exact grade with our technical team at quotation stage.
