Description
This stainless steel outdoor triceps bench uses Olympic plates for targeted work on the back of the arm. The ergonomic design produces a precise, controlled movement, which is what an isolation exercise depends on and what free weight substitutes rarely deliver outdoors.
Triceps work is a natural gap in outdoor strength provision. Dips on a street workout rig involve the chest and shoulders as much as the arms, and no bodyweight station isolates the muscle cleanly. A dedicated bench with adjustable load from 5 kg to 60 kg in 5 kg steps fills that gap and allows genuine progression for regular users.
Construction is high quality stainless steel, resistant to rain, humidity and UV, and dimensioned for outdoor strength parks, public sports facilities and high specification private installations. The frame is stable and secure under load, and the material needs no repainting over its service life.

Completing an outdoor strength circuit
An isolation station earns its place once the compound machines are installed. Sites that already have a press, a squat station and a pulldown add arm work to keep experienced users on the area longer, and the bench is low enough that it does not obstruct sight lines across a park.
The safety zone is 20.09 square metres, notably larger than the footprint suggests, and it should be reserved on the site plan before the layout is finalised. Anchoring is prepared on foundations or an existing concrete slab, with impact attenuating surfacing dimensioned to the free fall height. Light In Fitness manufactures the range in Tours, delivers and installs across France, covers Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and quotes export projects individually.
Frequently asked questions
Can the bench be used without plates?
The station is designed around plate loading. Without plates the movement can be performed as a warm up, but the training value comes from the added resistance, so plates should be budgeted with the machine.
Is the height suitable for all users?
The bench is designed for users from 140 cm and 13 years of age. Below those thresholds the geometry does not allow correct positioning, and a children’s outdoor range should be specified instead.
Does stainless steel get too hot in summer?
Contact surfaces are sized and positioned to limit direct skin contact with heated metal, and stainless does not retain heat as long as dark painted steel. Siting in partial shade is nonetheless recommended, and we advise on orientation during the layout study.
