Description
This outdoor pack pairs a fixed stainless steel flat bench with a set of solid disc dumbbells to form a complete upper body free weight station. The bench measures 130 by 220 by 60 centimetres, the 60 centimetre height being the standard for a training bench.
That height is what makes the station work as a bench rather than as a seat. Bench pressing, rowing, supported dips, step ups, split squats and core work all depend on a horizontal platform at the right height, and outdoor seating repurposed as a bench never provides it. The dumbbells are supplied at 10 kg, 20 kg and 30 kg as standard, with weights adjustable on request.
The whole assembly is stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, rust, UV, rain, frost and sea salt. Maximum load, user plus weights, is 250 kg or more. There is no moving part and no adjustable mechanism, so maintenance is limited to visual cleaning and periodic inspection of the fixings, with no lubrication required.

Free weights outdoors, without a building
Parks, hotels and local authority sites use this pack to offer real free weight training where no indoor gym exists. The bench and dumbbell combination covers more exercises than any single guided machine, at the cost of requiring users to know what they are doing, which is why it works best on sites with a regular, returning population rather than casual passing traffic.
Ground anchoring is supplied as a plan with the order, according to the substrate, whether concrete, asphalt or slab. The safety zone of 22.36 square metres under EN 16630 should be reserved on the site plan from the start. Frequently asked questions
Are the dumbbell weights fixed?
The standard set is 10, 20 and 30 kg, and other weights can be supplied on request to match your expected users. Specify the configuration when requesting the quotation.
Should the dumbbells stay outside permanently?
Stainless dumbbells are made for it, but sites without supervision at night often prefer to store them and issue them during opening hours. Both arrangements work; the decision is about security rather than durability.
What is the difference with the pack that includes a curl desk?
This pack is bench and dumbbells only, with a heavier dumbbell set reaching 30 kg. The larger pack adds an inclined preacher curl desk for isolated biceps work, with a lighter standard dumbbell set.
