Description
This pack combines a four position adjustable stainless steel bench with a set of solid disc dumbbells to create a multi exercise outdoor strength station. Unlike a fixed flat bench, the backrest adjusts to flat, incline, decline and upright seated, which covers the whole of upper body training on one piece of equipment.
Those four positions translate directly into exercises: bench press flat, incline and decline, shoulder press from the upright position, rowing, curls, dips and abdominal work. The dumbbells are supplied in a standard 10, 20 and 30 kg configuration, with other weights available on request, and use solid discs suited to outdoor exposure rather than coated plates that chip.
The frame is stainless steel, resistant to corrosion, UV, rain, frost and salt air, with a maximum combined bench and user load of 250 kg or more and an estimated service life of over 20 years with spare parts available throughout. The station measures 130 by 220 by 109 cm and requires a safety zone of 23.14 square metres. Minimum user height is 140 cm and minimum age is 13. Maintenance takes 5 to 10 minutes: a visual clean and a check of the fixings every six months. The finish can be produced in a chosen colour, and the station is certified to EN 16630:2015-06E with a CE declaration.

Reserving the right ground area
The station itself occupies 130 by 220 cm, but the figure that governs the site plan is the 23.14 square metre safety zone required under EN 16630. That difference catches out a surprising number of projects at tender stage, where the equipment footprint is reserved and the safety zone is not. Within that area the surfacing has to be impact absorbing to EN 1177, sized against the free height of fall. Beyond compliance, plan the approach so that the bench head end does not face a circulation route, and place the dumbbell storage on the access side. Because the finish is customisable, municipalities often match the colour to the rest of the sports area, and the same colour reference can be carried across several modules. Light In Fitness supplies the implantation study, the anchorage drawing and the surfacing calculation, with quotations issued within 24 working hours.
