Description
The Olympic outdoor power rack is a high specification stainless steel cage designed to bring squats, pull-ups, pressing and functional work outdoors without compromising on the standard of an indoor rack. Its structural columns measure 120 x 80 mm, which is what delivers the stability required when a loaded barbell is racked and unracked repeatedly. The list price is 7,999 EUR excluding VAT.
The distinguishing feature is the Iron Halo System, an accessory mounting arrangement that lets the rack be configured for the exercises a site actually runs, from rope pull-ups to attachment based functional work, and reconfigured later. The rack is offered with or without a training platform; where the platform is specified, it is made from premium rubber.

Column section, and why 120 x 80 mm matters
Column section is the specification most often quietly reduced on outdoor racks, because it is invisible in a photograph. It should not be. A rack is loaded asymmetrically every time a bar is taken out of the catches on one side, and a column that flexes under that load creates a rack that walks, rattles and eventually fatigues at the base plate. At 120 x 80 mm, this rack is specified for genuine barbell loading rather than for appearance.
The Iron Halo System addresses the other common failing of outdoor racks, which is that they arrive with a fixed set of functions. Accessories mount where they are needed, so the same frame can serve a strength programme in one season and a functional circuit in another. For a site with one rack and several user groups, that flexibility does more for the training offer than an extra station would.
The platform option is worth considering carefully. Without it, loaded barbells are set down on the ground surface, which limits what can safely be programmed. With the premium rubber platform, deadlifts and floor based work are covered properly. Light In Fitness confirms the configuration, dimensions and anchoring in the free layout study before quoting.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Iron Halo System allow?
It provides flexible attachment points for accessories on the rack, so the configuration can be adapted to the exercises the site programmes rather than being fixed at manufacture. Available accessories are listed on the quotation.
Should we take the version with the platform?
Take it if deadlifts, cleans or any floor based barbell work are on the programme. The premium rubber platform protects both the ground and the bar and defines the working zone. If the rack is only used for squats, pressing and pull-ups, the version without the platform is sufficient.
Can the rack be moved later?
It is designed for straightforward assembly and dismantling, so relocation on the site is feasible, subject to preparing a new anchor base. Light In Fitness has manufactured outdoor stainless steel equipment in Tours since 2013 and returns quotations within 24 working hours.
