Description
The OCR 797 is an 8 by 12 metre outdoor ninja and obstacle course structure combining Shanghai bars, hamster handles, gymnastic rings, a petal spinner wheel, gibbon handles, a monkey ladder and nunchaku grips. It is manufactured under ISO 9001 and complies with EN 1176 and EN 16630, and installation indoors or outdoors takes 2 to 3 days. The price is 21,750 EUR excluding VAT.
The configuration is modular. Obstacles are interchangeable, so the difficulty of a lane can be reset between an introduction session and a competition heat without dismantling the frame. For an operator that is the commercial argument: one structure serves beginners, club athletes and team building groups.
Materials are stainless steel with a non slip epoxy paint finish, specified to take intensive training in the open air.
Obstacles and what each one loads
Shanghai bars are inclined fixed bars crossed by jumping from one to the next, working pulling power and explosiveness. The pull-up bar covers back, biceps and shoulders. Hamster handles hang free and demand grip strength and balance to move between points. Gymnastic rings require stability and body control. The petal spinner wheel rotates on every movement, which forces precision. Gibbon handles train arm power and speed of execution, the monkey ladder builds upper body strength and mobility, and the nunchaku grips reproduce martial arts style movement and demand sustained grip to cross without falling. Further modules can be added to extend the circuit.

Where the structure is installed
An 8 by 12 metre footprint is a substantial commitment, so the clear area around it has to be established at design stage rather than after delivery. Where access is open to the public, EN 1176 and EN 16630 govern the falling space and the surfacing, and the impact attenuating surface under the hanging lanes is specified under EN 1177 to the fall height of the element above it.
Typical installations are gyms and specialist OCR centres, cross training, ninja and parkour clubs, sports events and competitions, and urban spaces or public sports parks. Indoors, the height of the hanging elements sets the ceiling requirement; outdoors, anchoring is into foundations sized to the ground.
Upkeep is described as simple and economical, which fits the material choice: stainless steel with epoxy paint has no galvanic repainting cycle. What does need scheduled attention is the moving hardware, the spinner wheel bearings, ring slings and the grip surfaces of the handles, since those see the load on every run.
Frequently asked questions
Can the structure be installed indoors?
Yes. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, and our technical teams handle either. Fitting takes 2 to 3 days.
Can obstacles be changed after installation?
The modules are interchangeable, and the difficulty of the circuit can be adapted to the user. Additional modules are available to extend the course as your programming grows.
Which standards does it meet?
The structure is manufactured under ISO 9001 and meets EN 1176 and EN 16630, the European standards covering playground equipment and permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.
