Ninja Elite Combo 5.3.3 Mega Godzilla training cage

The Ninja Training Elite Combo 5.3.3 Mega Godzilla is a five stage OCR and ninja training cage built on twelve 70 x 70 x 3 mm pillars, 15 metres long and 16.5 metres with the extensions. Each of the five stages carries its own ring lane, monkey bar variant and grip panel, so five athletes can work in parallel on a full circuit. The price is 33,000 EUR excluding VAT; delivery and installation are quoted separately and the lead time is 90 days.

Where the four segment Godzilla concentrates variety, the Mega Godzilla adds a fifth stage and a longer run. The cage measures 3 metres wide between pillars and 3.7 metres with the extensions, which makes it narrower than the 4.3.3 version and easier to fit into a long, tight bay. Individual elements can be swapped for others in the range, so the circuit can be reworked as an athlete group develops.

The five ring lanes run the length of the cage, five rings per lane. Around them: a rotating hamster wheel, a three jump salmon ladder, side lanes carrying seven Ultra Grip discs, balls, cones and nunchaku handles, steel UFO wheels, horizontal rigid wood boards, the Minotaur 1.0 labyrinth panel, a pipe labyrinth with two rings, a double sided perforated metal panel with two aluminium pegs, a side tray with square holes and Ultra Grip half spheres, curved and straight monkey bar ladders with bolts, a rail with hanging fireman pipes, a spiked rotating spinner tube, Ultra Grip cliffhanger panels, hot wheel metal spinners, ninja rings, hanging cheese boards, three pivoting ladders, a four metre fireman pipe and a four metre climbing rope.

Installing a five stage cage

Plan for 16.5 metres of clear length and 3.7 metres of width for the structure itself, plus circulation and landing space on both long sides. The four metre rope climb and fireman pipe set the vertical requirement, which for an indoor site means checking beams, lighting and ventilation runs before the layout is frozen.

The construction is described as self supporting and compact, which allows placement in a garden or a small club as well as in municipal open space. Outdoor sites need foundations sized to ground conditions and an impact attenuating surface under the hanging lines. Because delivery and installation are priced individually, the site survey has a direct effect on the final figure: access for a 15 metre delivery, ground preparation and crane or manual handling are all assessed at quotation stage.

Grip elements take the wear on this type of circuit. Ultra Grip handles, ring slings and rotating bearings should be inspected on a fixed schedule alongside the bolted connections.
