Description
This Ninja Warrior training course is a 21 module competition rig measuring 16 m long by 7 m wide and 5.6 m high. It is built to prepare athletes for Ninja and OCR formats: eight inclined jump platforms set 45 cm above the ground, a triple balance beam, a cargo climbing net, climbing boards with handles, an unstable bridge, a rotating Twister bar and a double mega wall with two heights, all connected by 27 pull up bars and a Revolver bar. Stainless steel with an anti corrosion coating makes it suitable for permanent outdoor use as well as indoor halls. The price is 55 500 EUR excluding VAT, which puts it with training centres, leisure parks and clubs preparing competitors rather than with a general fitness trail.

Ground preparation, surfacing and assembly
Start from the 16 by 7 m envelope and add clear run in and run out space at each end, plus a lateral margin for athletes waiting their turn. At 5.6 m the rig is tall enough that overhead clearance has to be checked indoors, and outdoors it needs to be sited away from trees and overhead services.
Under the suspension and climbing sections the critical fall height governs the surfacing. Impact attenuating surfacing sized to EN 1177 is the reference on any zone where a rider can drop from height. The jump platforms are deliberately kept at 45 cm above the ground to limit the consequences of a missed landing, but the pull up, net and wall sections are a different matter and should be treated on their own merits.
The modules are designed to slot together and to adapt to different platform types, but the assembly of a 21 module course is not a self build job: have a professional check the tightening of every joint, and use certified testers before the course is opened to users. Once running, plan periodic checks of fixings, wear and cleanliness, and require appropriate footwear and clothing from users.
Frequently asked questions
What competitions does it prepare for?
Ninja formats in the style of the televised competition, obstacle course racing and tough run events. Because the same rig carries suspension, grip, climbing, balance and jump sections, it also serves CrossFit and strength athletes who want to work grip endurance and body control outside their usual programme.
Can beginners use a course of this size?
Yes, with sequencing. The 21 modules cover a wide range of difficulty, so a beginner works the low beams, the jump platforms and the shorter suspension sections while an experienced athlete links the whole course. Supervision matters, especially with children, and certified coaching turns the rig into a genuine progression tool.
How does the steel handle permanent outdoor exposure?
The structure uses stainless steel with an anti corrosion coating and non slip surfaces, so it is designed for outdoor installation as well as indoor use. For coastal sites, specify the 316L grade at quotation stage.
Light In Fitness has supplied professional sports structures from Tours, France since 2013, with quotations returned within 24 working hours and installations delivered on three continents.
