Description
The Elite Combo 2.3.3 Gorilla is a freestanding Ninja Warrior and OCR training rig measuring 600 cm long by 300 cm wide, built on six steel pillars 280 cm high. It is designed for obstacle course racing athletes, small clubs, training centres and private grounds that want a full obstacle sequence without the footprint of a competition course.
The frame uses 70 by 70 by 3 mm steel pillars with 150 cm extension arms, powder coated in the RAL colour of your choice. Obstacles are hung from the arms and the top beams, and every module can be unhooked and replaced, so the same structure supports a beginner sequence one month and a competition standard sequence the next. The rig is foldable, which shortens assembly and makes it realistic to move between sites or store out of season.
The supplied obstacle set covers grip, traverse and rotation work: a horizontal ladder with spinner pins, horizontal pipes with hand grips, three rotating metal wheels, six steps, a curved horizontal ladder with pins and two composite rings, a pipe maze with two rings, three horizontal pipes of 290 cm, four ropes of 250 cm, a 100 cm rotating bar and a track carrying 46 triangular rings. Boards and platforms are wood and reinforced plywood; ropes are polypropylene.

Siting the rig indoors or outdoors
At 6 by 3 metres the Gorilla fits inside a standard club bay or a garden, but the usable area is larger than the frame: allow a run in at each end and a clear safety margin on both long sides, since athletes swing wide on ring and rope obstacles. Ground treatment is the main decision. Indoors, a shock absorbing rubber tile under the whole envelope is normal practice; outdoors, the choice is usually between a rubber safety tile and a loose fill surface, sized against the free height of fall of the highest obstacle. Because the pillars are 280 cm, indoor ceiling height needs checking against the tallest module plus swing clearance. We supply the layout drawing, foundation details and the recommended surfacing before manufacture, and quote installation separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can obstacles be changed later?
Yes. Every module unhooks from the frame, and additional obstacles from the Toroz range can be added as athletes progress or as competition formats change.
What surfacing should go underneath?
Surfacing is selected against the free height of fall of the highest obstacle. We specify the tile thickness or loose fill depth in the technical proposal.
How long from order to delivery?
Manufacturing lead time is 30 to 45 days. Installation is scheduled after delivery and priced per project.
