Description
The OCRX Outdoor rig covers 8 by 12 metres and combines two lanes on one structure: an internal ADULT 11 line for intensive training and an external OUTDOOR 8 line for open access use. Four integrated blocks carry the obstacles, and the column range is what makes the rig unusual, with Vert Adult 3430 columns alongside Vert Kid 2250 columns so children and adults train at heights suited to each. The equipment list runs from monkey bars, rings and jute climbing ropes to a pegboard, slacklines and 16 professional punch bags. Certified ISO 9001 and compliant with EN 1176, it installs in 2 to 3 days and is priced at 29 500 EUR excluding VAT.

Siting, surfacing and the two lane layout
The 8 by 12 m envelope is the structure alone. Add the surfaced safety area around the suspension and climbing positions, sized to the critical fall height according to EN 1177, and circulation space at the ends of each lane. The two lane arrangement is what shapes the site plan: the internal ADULT 11 line is the intensive route and benefits from being placed where sessions can be supervised, while the external OUTDOOR 8 line is designed for parks, gardens and public sports areas and should be reachable without crossing the training lane.
Installation is quick for a rig of this size. Components arrive prefabricated with an installation guide, and a complete build takes an average of 2 to 3 days. Anchoring follows the supplied plan into concrete foundations or onto an existing slab, and the anti corrosion treatment is specified for permanent outdoor exposure.
Maintenance is deliberately light. The corrosion treatment removes most of the surface work, leaving regular checks in line with EN 1176: visual inspection, then periodic verification of fixings, rope and slackline condition, punch bag suspension and wear on the grip modules. Sites with heavy public use should shorten the inspection interval.

Can children and adults use the same rig?
Yes, and that is the point of the two column families. The Vert Adult 3430 columns set the working heights for adults and athletes, while the Vert Kid 2250 columns bring obstacles down to a height children can actually reach, so a school or a municipal site does not need two separate installations.
