Description
One metre long and 120 litres deep, the CR1035 is the long chest of the range: the format that takes bars, bands and long accessories without folding them.
Length where the other formats stop
Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, straps, protective gear, bibs and training accessories go into a single locked unit whose one-metre inner length suits long items. In a gym, a cross-training box, a studio, a club or an outdoor fitness area, the CR1035 centralises small equipment and puts it under lock and key between two sessions. Also known as a site chest, it is equally at home in a workshop or a plant room.
Pressed sheet steel and reinforced hardware
The body is built from pressed sheet steel and finished in RAL 7021 grey. Two carrying handles are fitted on tamper-proof plates, the reinforced hinges stop at a 95 degree opening angle, and the hasp accepts a padlock (30 mm padlock available as an option) to secure the contents. With a 350 mm section, the chest slides under a bench or along a wall without eating into the training floor.
Fitting out and accessories
Dedicated accessories make the chest mobile or raised depending on your layout: wheeled dolly, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap according to the model. What is the difference with the CR800B?
Same 350 mm section, 200 mm more length, 120 litres instead of 100, and no sliding tray on this reference. Choose the CR1035 when the items are long rather than bulky.
Is a wheeled dolly available for it?
Yes, a 1000 x 350 x 180 mm dolly matches this footprint. The chest simply sits on it, with no modification and no drilling.
Can it be left in an unsupervised area?
The padlockable hasp and the tamper-proof handle plates are there for that. For a fully open area, add galvanised feet so the base is not left in standing water.
How is it cleaned?
Damp cloth and neutral detergent on the powder-coated finish. Avoid abrasive pads, which dull the coating and leave the steel exposed at the edges.
