Description
175 litres to centralise the bulky accessories of a busy training floor. The CR1000B metal storage chest stores and secures dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates, medicine balls, protective gear, folded mats and large volumes of accessories. In a gym, cross-training box, studio, club or outdoor fitness area it gathers loose equipment in one place and puts it under lock and key between two sessions. Made in France from pressed steel sheet, it withstands daily collective use.
The largest chest of the range
At 1000 x 480 x 365 mm overall for 175 litres, the CR1000B is the format to choose when a single container has to absorb the accessories of a whole zone. The internal space measures 968 x 448 x 365 mm and the payload is 50 kg.
Secured and easy to handle
Two carrying handles on tamper-proof plates, reinforced hinges with a 95 degree opening stop and a padlock hasp keep the contents secure; a 30 mm padlock is available as an option. The sliding tray adds an upper level where stopwatches, timers, markers and keys remain accessible without unpacking the chest.
Steel body and matching accessories
The pressed steel body is finished in RAL 7021 grey and weighs 22 kg empty. Dedicated storage chest accessories make it mobile or raised as required: castor board, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap depending on the model. Also known as a site box, it is equally suited to a workshop or a plant room.

Frequently asked questions
Which chest should I choose, 175 L or 80 L?
The 175 L CR1000B suits plates, medicine balls and folded mats. For bands, ropes and light dumbbells the 80 L CR670B is easier to handle on a daily basis.
Does the 50 kg payload limit what I can store?
It does with dense equipment: 175 litres of weight plates would exceed 50 kg long before the chest is full. Reserve the volume for bulky, light items and spread heavy plates across several chests.
Is a padlock included?
No. The hasp takes a 30 mm padlock, ordered separately as an option.
How is it moved around the club?
Two people can carry it empty using the side handles, at 22 kg. For daily movement, fit a castor set or a castor board from the accessories range.
