Description
Thirty litres of lockable storage for the small kit that vanishes between two sessions. The CR500B metal storage chest gathers resistance bands, suspension trainers, skipping ropes, timers, stopwatches, markers, chalk and coaching accessories in one place, and puts them under a padlock when the room is left unattended.
Made for shared, everyday use
Manufactured in France from pressed steel sheet, the CR500B is built for gyms, cross-training boxes, studios, clubs and outdoor fitness areas where the same box is opened and closed several times a day. Two carrying handles sit on tamper-resistant plates, and the reinforced hinges hold the lid at 95 degrees so it stays open while the chest is loaded.
A sliding tray that keeps small items on top
The sliding tray creates a practical upper level inside the chest: stopwatches, timers, markers, keys and small accessories stay within reach without emptying the box. Underneath, the full 30 litres remain available for bulkier accessories.
Materials and set-up
Pressed steel sheet finished in grey RAL 7021, a padlock hasp closure (30 mm padlock available separately) and a 30 kg payload. Depending on the model, dedicated storage chest accessories make it mobile or raise it off the floor: roller tray, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap. Is a padlock supplied with the chest?
No. The chest is fitted with a padlock hasp; a 30 mm padlock is available separately so you can standardise the keying across a whole set of boxes.
What fits into 30 litres?
Coaching consumables and small training kit: bands, suspension trainers, skipping ropes, timers, markers, chalk, tape. For light dumbbells or kettlebells, move up to the 70 L version with its 50 kg payload.
Can the chest be moved once loaded?
Yes. Two carrying handles allow two-person handling, and a roller tray turns the chest into a mobile unit with no modification.
Can several chests be stacked?
An intermediate stacking tray is offered in the accessory range for that purpose. Tell us how many chests you plan to stack and we will confirm the right combination.
