Description
115 litres of lockable storage that keeps dumbbells, kettlebells and training accessories off the floor between sessions.
The CR820 storage chest gives gyms, cross-training boxes, studios, clubs and outdoor fitness areas a single place to keep small equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, straps, protective gear, bibs and training accessories. Built in France from pressed sheet steel, it absorbs daily collective handling and puts the contents under lock between two sessions.
Security and handling
Two carrying handles are fitted on non-removable plates, so they cannot be torn off when the chest is lifted full. The hinges are reinforced and fitted with a 95 degrees opening stop, which keeps the lid where you leave it while the chest is being loaded. The padlock hasp secures the contents; a 30 mm padlock is available as an option.
Accessories that change how the chest is used
Dedicated accessories make the chest mobile or raise it off the ground, depending on the model: wheeled tray, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap. The same unit, also known as a site box, is equally at home in a workshop or a plant room. Check the accessory reference against the chest dimensions before ordering.

Is a padlock supplied?
No. The hasp is designed for a 30 mm padlock, which is ordered separately as an option.
How much equipment does 115 litres actually hold?
The usable volume is 798 x 348 x 350 mm and the payload is 50 kg. Weight is the limit that bites first with cast iron: a chest filled with kettlebells reaches 50 kg long before it is full.
Can the chest be moved once loaded?
Over short distances, yes, using the two handles and two people. For regular moves across a training floor, use a wheeled tray or a castor set rather than dragging the chest.
Can it be stacked?
