One chest for the whole accessory pool
The CR820B metal storage chest swallows dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, straps, protective pads, bibs and general training accessories. In gyms, cross-training boxes, studios, clubs and outdoor fitness areas it gathers the small equipment in one place and locks it away between sessions instead of leaving it on open shelving.
Materials and build
Made in France from pressed sheet steel and finished in RAL 7021 grey, the chest is built for shared daily handling. Two carry handles sit on tamper-proof plates, the reinforced hinges have a 95 degree opening stop so the lid cannot fall back, and the padlock hasp takes a 30 mm padlock (ordered separately). Empty weight is 16.2 kg and the payload is 50 kg.
Sliding tray and options
The sliding tray included with this version keeps stopwatches, timers, markers and keys on an upper level, immediately accessible without emptying the chest. A wheeled dolly, castor set, galvanised feet, intermediate stacking tray or carrying strap turn it into a mobile or raised unit depending on the model. What are the internal dimensions?
The internal dimensions given in our French data sheet are inconsistent with the 800 mm outer length, so we prefer to confirm them in writing rather than publish a figure we cannot verify. Ask us and we will send the checked measurement.
Can two people carry it when loaded?
Yes. The two handles are mounted on tamper-proof plates and the 50 kg payload is designed for two-person handling. For frequent moves, add the matching wheeled dolly.
Which feet fit this model?
The 350 x 100 mm galvanised feet (PGCR35) are compatible with the CR800, CR820, CR850 and CR1035 chests, with or without tray.
