Description
The IVO rope tower stages a progressive ascent through six steel arches, four horizontal net storeys and six rope hammocks, culminating in a summit platform in steel and HPL fitted with a stainless steel bench. At 7.2 m high, it rewards climbers aged 5 to 14 with a genuine sense of achievement – and a view over the whole playground.
A summit worth climbing for
Few climbing structures offer a true destination at the top. On the IVO, children work their way up through storeys set at 3.0, 3.75, 4.5 and 5.25 m, pass a rope-and-rubber well with reinforced mats, and finish on a 3.0 m diameter crow’s-nest platform where they can sit, regroup and watch the action below. The six rope hammocks (approximately 3.0 x 2.5 m) provide rest and social zones on the way up, keeping the tower engaging for mixed ages and abilities.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 7.2 m tower safe for a 3.0 m free fall rating?
Yes. The internal net storeys are layered so that no open fall exceeds 3.0 m, which is the certified free fall height used to size the impact-attenuating surfacing.
What does installation involve?
The IVO requires lifting-equipment access to the site and reinforced concrete foundations 1.0 m deep. A technical data sheet and layout plan are provided with every quotation.
How many children can use it at once?
With six net walls, four storeys, six hammocks and a summit platform, the tower is designed for group play and absorbs high visitor numbers typical of destination playgrounds.
