Description
The Gold Line EXE is a professional upright bike with a 10.1-inch Android touchscreen, a 20 kg rear-mounted flywheel and magnetic braking across 20 resistance levels. It measures 1,200 x 500 x 1,450 mm, weighs 75 kg and takes users up to 180 kg. Professional price: 2,070 EUR excluding VAT.
One console across the whole cardio zone
The screens are identical across the Max Line equipment. That sounds like a detail until you count the hours floor staff spend explaining consoles: once a member knows one machine, they know all of them, and the induction time for the cardio zone drops to a single demonstration.
The 10.1-inch TFT touchscreen runs Android at 1280 x 800 and displays time, resistance, speed and cadence, heart rate, distance and calories. It plays music and video, supports a PIP interface with TV, video, YPbPr HDMI and USB sources, and connects to an app so a session can be planned along a real route on a map. Preset programmes, an HRC heart-rate programme, a race mode and user-defined programmes are all available on the colour screen.

Who specifies it
Gyms and fitness centres equipping a cardio zone for intensive use. The 180 kg maximum user weight is well above the usual figure in this class, which matters for facilities serving a general population rather than an athletic one.

Frequently asked questions
Does the bike need a mains connection?
Not necessarily. It can run self-powered as an option, or on a 12 V feed that powers the keypad only, with the rest generated by the user. That flexibility decides where a bike can be placed in a room with limited sockets.
What does the 20 kg flywheel change?
Inertia. A heavier flywheel keeps the pedal stroke smooth through the dead spots and, placed at the rear of the frame, it balances the bike and reduces movement under a standing sprint.
Can members follow a real route?
Yes. The console connects to an app so a session can be planned on a map route, alongside the preset, HRC, race and custom programmes on the machine itself.
