Description
The DH-PRO Multimedia is a professional recumbent bike built for users who cannot train on an upright bike: rehabilitation patients, active seniors and members recovering from surgery. It combines a supported seat with a full backrest, a jolt-free progressive start and a touchscreen console, and is built to EN ISO 20957-1. Professional price: 2,395 EUR excluding VAT.
Why a recumbent position changes retention
On an upright bike, an older or post-operative user carries their own trunk weight through the lumbar spine and wrists. Sessions end early, and the equipment stops being used. The DH-PRO seats the user with the back fully supported and the pedals in front rather than below, which removes the lumbar load and lowers the step-through height. In practice that is the difference between a five-minute attempt and a completed programme, and it opens the cardio offer to a group most facilities lose.
Console and programmes
The multimedia touchscreen is designed to be operated without staff assistance: large targets, a simple start, and programmes suited to cardiac rehabilitation and adapted physical activity. The transmission is silent, which matters in a physiotherapy room or a hotel wellness area where the bike sits close to other treatments.

Who specifies this bike
Hospital rehabilitation departments, physiotherapy practices, senior residences, health and thalassotherapy hotels, cardiac rehabilitation centres, and private clients during convalescence. In a wellness hotel it is often the single machine that justifies the room rate, because it is the one guests over sixty will actually use.
Compare it with the rest of our recumbent bike range before choosing, or look at the wider professional exercise bike selection if you are equipping a full cardio zone.
Frequently asked questions
Is the DH-PRO only for rehabilitation users?
No. It is designed around their constraints, which makes it comfortable for everyone else. Mixed facilities use it as a warm-up and active recovery station as well as a rehabilitation machine.
Can a user in poor condition start it safely?
The resistance builds progressively from the first pedal stroke, with no jolt at start-up, and the low step-through means the user does not have to lift a leg over a frame to sit down.
What support comes with the order?
A free 3D layout plan for the room, European manufacturing, delivery, and after-sales response within 48 hours. Quotations excluding VAT are issued within 24 hours.
Light In Fitness equips rehabilitation departments, senior residences, hotels and clubs across Europe. Send us your room dimensions and user profile and we will return a quotation excluding VAT with a 3D layout.
