Description
The Bodytone Nexion U80T is the connected upright bike of the Nexion range, built around a 15.6 inch touchscreen running CardiOS, the Google certified operating system. It gives members access to streaming platforms and fitness applications from the console, and it gives operators remote control of the whole cardio fleet through the BT MDM MyBodytone software. Where a cardio zone competes for attention with the member’s own phone, the screen is what keeps them on the machine for the full session.
The upright format reproduces an authentic cycling posture, loading the lower body while the trunk stays engaged, in the smallest footprint of the cardio family. Resistance comes from the EMS electromagnetic system with 32 levels, fine enough to serve a first time user and a trained cyclist on the same machine, driven through a silent maintenance free Poly-V belt with an 8 kg flywheel. Maximum user weight is 150 kg.
On the operations side, BT MDM MyBodytone handles configuration, grouped software updates, monitoring, usage statistics and screen saver branding in the centre’s own colours, all administered remotely. For a chain or a multi site operator that removes the need to touch each console individually. Connectivity is both open and proprietary: Bluetooth FTMS for third party training applications, NFC for instant sign-in to MyBodytone, and compatibility with heart rate chest belts. If the priority is the heaviest flywheel at a tighter budget, the LED console version U80L with its 14.2 kg flywheel remains the reference in the range.

Building the cardio zone around a connected bike
An upright bike takes less floor area than a treadmill or a cross trainer, which makes it the natural way to add capacity to a cardio line that is already full. Position the machine so the screen does not face a window, since a touchscreen loses contrast in direct light, and provide a power socket per unit rather than relying on extension leads. In hotels and corporate wellness rooms the streaming console is what turns a small unattended room into a facility guests actually use. In multi site operations, the value shifts to BT MDM: firmware and content stay aligned across the estate without a technician visiting each site. Our team will size the cardio mix and the power provision from your floor plan free of charge before quotation.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the U80T and the U80L?
The U80T carries the 15.6 inch CardiOS touchscreen with streaming and applications. The U80L uses an LED console and a heavier 14.2 kg flywheel at a lower price. Choose the U80T when member experience and fleet management matter most.
Does the console need a network connection?
Streaming, application access and remote fleet management all rely on the centre’s internet connection. Plan wifi coverage in the cardio zone at the same time as the machine positions.
What does the price include?
The figure shown is the machine excluding VAT. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export priced per project, and installation is quoted separately. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours.
