Description
The Strong Bike Gold is the lowest-priced indoor cycling bike in the Light In Fitness catalogue at 690 EUR excluding VAT, and it ships with its wireless LED console included. With a 20 kg flywheel, bidirectional belt drive and stainless steel SPD pedals, it packs commercial-studio essentials into an entry-level budget.
Built to equip a whole studio, not just one corner
For a cycling studio opening on a fixed budget, unit price decides how many bikes you can line up, and how many riders each class can take. At this price point the Strong Bike Gold lets an operator fit out a 15 to 20 bike room for the cost of far fewer mid-range machines, with a console on every single bike rather than as a paid option. More bikes means more places per class and more revenue from day one.

Frequently asked questions
Is a friction-brake bike noisy in a group class?
No. The belt drive and reinforced bearings keep the pedal stroke quiet; the friction pad adds only a light contact sound against the flywheel, far less than a chain-driven bike. In a music-led class of fifteen bikes, riders will not notice the difference compared with a magnetic model. The pad is a consumable and is inexpensive to replace.
Do members need special cycling shoes?
No. The SPD pedals are dual-sided: riders with Shimano SPD cleats clip in on one side, while everyone else uses standard sports shoes on the flat side. No footwear investment is required to join a class.
What flooring should go under the bikes?
Allow around 2 m2 per bike on anti-vibration rubber tiles to protect the slab and dampen noise. Light In Fitness can quote bikes and flooring together as a single studio package.
