Gold Line EXE professional treadmill

The Gold Line EXE is a professional treadmill specified for intensive use in gyms and fitness centres, with a 580 x 1600 mm running surface and a 21.5 inch touchscreen console. The running surface size is the figure to check first on any club treadmill, because it determines whether tall members can run at full stride without shortening their gait.

The chassis is designed for stability under continuous use. A triangular column construction keeps the unit steady during running, and the side rails are angled inward, which helps the user maintain balance and makes stepping on and off safer. Deck height sits between 30 and 40 mm, a comfortable step up, and the handrail is double injection moulded TPR, soft to the touch and non slip even when wet.

Power comes from a precision AC motor with a 3.0 kW base rating and a 4.5 HP maximum, driving to 24 km/h. The bearing platform is self lubricating and maintenance free, which removes the periodic deck waxing that otherwise falls to the facility’s technician. The console is a 21.5 inch, 1080p HD touchscreen behind high strength tempered glass.

Professional use and installation

Club treadmills are chosen by three groups of members with different needs: people training for health reasons such as cardiac conditions, obesity or rehabilitation, regular members improving condition, and performance oriented runners. The Gold Line EXE covers all three because the heart rate control programme and the 6 preset programmes serve guided training, while 24 km/h and automatic incline satisfy trained runners.

For installation, allow run off space behind the machine and access to the rear for servicing. Adjustable rear feet let the treadmill be levelled on an imperfect floor, and the front transport wheels allow one technician to reposition it. Rubber gym flooring tiles under the machine control vibration transfer, which matters on suspended floors and in hotels.
