Bodytone EVOT3+ professional treadmill

The Bodytone EVOT3+ is a commercial treadmill built on a 150 by 50 mm steel tube chassis with a 6 hp AC motor and a 60 by 160 cm running surface. It is specified for fitness clubs, sports centres and premium facilities where the machine runs continuously through the day.

Drive is transmitted by a POLY-V belt reinforced with Kevlar cords, which keeps the stride smooth and quiet under load and removes the slip that a worn flat belt introduces on heavier users. The PULFLEX cushioning system is medically recommended to reduce stress on the ankles, knees and lumbar region, a specification that matters where the membership includes older adults or people returning from injury. Speed runs from 1 to 20 km/h, motorised incline from 0 to 15 per cent, and maximum user weight is 182 kg. A 450 W hybrid self generating brake recovers energy during deceleration.

Two console versions are available. The LED CTS3 shows eight readouts, distance, steps, calories, pulse, time, speed, incline and training level, plus an LED effort matrix. The alternative is a 21 inch capacitive touchscreen running Android, with advanced modes, virtual simulators and IPTV. Both offer WiFi, Bluetooth, USB and a 3.5 mm jack, and connect to MyBodytone, Trainingym, Strava, Google Fit and Apple Health. Fleet management is handled remotely through BT MDM and BT Manager, including a screensaver that can be customised in the club’s colours.

Once a club runs more than a handful of cardio machines, the console becomes an operational question rather than a member facing one. BT MDM lets the operator configure every unit remotely, monitor usage, pull statistics and push a branded screensaver, which removes the routine of walking the floor to set each machine individually. That also produces the usage data needed to justify replacement cycles. On the physical side, allow the 216 by 91 cm footprint plus a safety run off behind each machine, check the floor build up on upper storeys against the machine weight plus a 182 kg user, and provide a dedicated circuit per unit.
